Evaluate your past week using the following framework.  Provide concise answers, focusing on quantifiable results where possible. Aim for a 500-word reflection.</p>

* Identify 1-2 areas where you exceeded expectations. Explain why.<br />
* Identify 1-2 areas where you fell short of expectations. Analyze the reasons and propose concrete steps for improvement next week.</p>
