Generate a Growth Experimentation Tracker Spreadsheet

Generate a spreadsheet template for tracking growth experiments.  The spreadsheet should include columns for: Experiment Name, Hypothesis, Methodology, Target Metric, Control Group, Treatment Group, Start Date, End Date, Results (quantitative data), Qualitative Observations, Conclusion (success/failure/insights), and Next Steps.
