Evaluating the Effectiveness of Confidence Recalibration Prompts

Evaluate the effectiveness of the following confidence recalibration prompts in addressing feelings of self-doubt and promoting a more positive self-perception. Each prompt should be assessed across three dimensions: (1) Clarity and Actionability: How easily understandable and actionable is the prompt? (2) Emotional Impact: What is the potential emotional impact of the prompt – does it foster self-compassion, encourage positive self-talk, or trigger negative emotions? (3) Applicability: How broadly applicable is the prompt across various situations and individuals experiencing self-doubt? For each prompt, provide a rating (1-5, 1 being least effective, 5 being most effective) for each of the three dimensions, along with a brief justification. The prompts to evaluate are:

1. “Identify three recent accomplishments, no matter how small, and reflect on the skills and qualities that contributed to your success.”
2. “Imagine yourself successfully navigating a challenging situation where you previously felt self-doubt. Describe your thoughts, feelings, and actions in detail.”
3. “List five personal strengths and qualities that you value about yourself. For each strength, provide a specific example of how you’ve demonstrated it.”
4. “Write a letter to your younger self, offering advice and encouragement to overcome self-doubt and believe in your abilities.”
5. “Visualize yourself confidently achieving a specific goal. Describe the feelings associated with this achievement and how you maintained confidence throughout the process.”

**Output Format:** A table summarizing the evaluation for each prompt, with columns for Prompt, Clarity & Actionability (rating and justification), Emotional Impact (rating and justification), and Applicability (rating and justification).
